Old Polish Tradition

Old Polish Tradition is a traditionally produced bread, produced using multiphase fermentation method. The secret to the excellent taste of these baked products lies in how the dough is prepared. Its corresponding acidic taste comes about as a result of several phases in the fermentation processes leading up to its formation. The dough is manually inserted into molds, it is allowed to rise, and then baked in ovens. A distinctive taste and excellent aroma characterize all these lines of products.
